An abscess is a ball of pus that forms under the skin of the cat. This ball is more or less large depending on the infection. This infection is the result of an untreated or poorly treated injury. In fact, after the injury, the bacteria develop under the skin at the level of the wound and form a heap of pus in the space of a few days, usually two to three days.
